    Application: 

    Preparation and cleaning of the eye area 
    Mix 2 cm of color with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil® Oxidant 3% Cream to a creamy paste and apply immediately to eyebrows and eyelashes 
    Leave on for 5 - 10 minutes 
    Remove with clear water and cotton pads 

    If RefectoCil® Blonde Brow is used beforehand, the application time is reduced to 1 - 5 minutes, with Eyelash Curl or Eyelash to 2 minutes
