Mix the powder with Redken Pro-Oxide Cream Developer at a 1:3 ratio to a smooth consistency.
For on-scalp use, use 10 or 20 Volume maximum; for off-scalp use, up to 40 Volume maximum.
Apply to dry hair following the desired technique and Redken application guidelines.
Process at room temperature for up to 50 minutes without heat, monitoring the lift closely, then rinse and tone or gloss as desired.
