PREPARATION:
Mix in a variable ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 for optimal consistency for a variety of applications.
Mix product in a well-ventilated area.
Put the recommended amount of Blonde IQâ„¢ 9+ Lightener and Pro-Oxide Oil Developer 20V (6%) or 30V (9%) in a non-metallic bowl. Blend until smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
Follow mixture ratios carefully, or damage to hair or scalp including irritation, hair loss or chemical burns could occur.
APPLICATION AND RINSING:
Wear suitable disposable gloves.
Do not let product run onto scalp.
Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb, etc).
Rinse hair well after development time.
FOR OFF AND ON SCALP APPLICATIONS:
When performing highlights with foil application, exclusively use Aluminum foils ref SOFT ALLOY 1235, 18um (i.e. Product Club SHF500-SL), SOFT ALLOY 20um or SOFT ALLOY 1200, 18um (Norms EN 573) Procare.
Only pair with Pro-Oxide Oil Developer, calibrated to work seamlessly with Blonde IQâ„¢ 9+ Calibrated Anti-Brass lightener.
Using this dedicated developer ensures creamy consistency for precision application and enables the lightener to achieve its highest level of lift on all hair types.
