As A Tonal Amplifier: Mix 1/4 Oz (15 Ml) Hi-Fusion With 1 3/4 Oz (45 Ml) Color Fusion. Mix With 2 Oz (60 Ml) Of Pro-Oxide Cream Developer. Process At Room Temperature For 35-45 Minutes. Do Not Use Heat. Follow With Color Extend Shampoo And Conditioner. As A Highlighter: Mix 1 Oz (30 Ml) Hi-Fusion With 1 Oz (30 Ml) Of Pro-Oxide Cream Developer. After Wrapping Last Foil, Process For 30 Minutes At Room Temperature. Follow With Color Extend Shampoo And Conditioner.
