elumen pre-color treatment for damaged, bleached or streaked hair improves the intensity and duration of elumen color on bleached/highlighted hair.use as acidifier immediately after bleaching/highlighting service or as pre-treatment for bleached/highlighted hair.
Apply evenly to towel-dried or dry hair and soak the hair completely. Do not rinse. Towel-dry hair accurately and then dry completely. Apply Elumen hair color as usual.
